This is a targeted mobility and flexibility class with a 100% focus on increasing flexibility. It is different to other forms of yoga which focus on many aspects such as strength, dynamic movements and relaxation etc. This is a supplementary yoga practice designed specifically to be done alongside sports such as running with ONE focus - to improve our flexibility.
