Natural Movement & Strength is the practice of natural human movement skills such as walking, running, climbing, crawling, catching, throwing, jumping, balancing and squatting - going back to basics. 

It's about having FUN with movement by adding in play and exploration! It can be performed inside or outdoors.



ADULTS INDIVIDUAL (ONE TO ONE) COACHING:

10 sessions - £350 (or 2x payments of £190)

15 sessions - £525 (or 2x payments of £275)

20 sessions - £700 (or 2x payments of 365)


ADULTS (SHARED COACHING):

10 sessions - £225 each (or 2x payments of £127.50)

15 sessions - £300 (or 2x payments of £165)

20 sessions - £400 (or 2x payments of £215)
