ONLINE TRAINING PLANS

  • Do you want to improve your race times?
  • Are you training for a particular race and need some help with programming?
  • Have you hit a plateau with your training?
  • Are you motivated to follow a program but need some specific advice and direction?
  • Do you need someone to be accountable to?
  • Are you putting in the effort but not getting the results you deserve? 


We offer three different levels of ONLINE TRAINING PLANS:


LEVEL 1 - £99 FOR 3 MONTHS

  • An initial consultation where Rachael will gather background information and chat to you about what you're hoping to achieve. This normally lasts approximately 30 minutes. It's important that Rachael takes the time to get to know you.
  • A Training Plan specific to YOUR objectives.
  • A Training Log for you to complete each week.
  • A Review of your Training Log every Tuesday including feedback.
  • A quarterly (every 3 months) on-line zoom group call where you get to ask Rachael any questions that are arising in your training. This provides an opportunity to get to know other runners being coached by Rachael. Rachael will also provide some coaching during these sessions. These sessions will last approximately one hour.
  • Ongoing access to Rachael by email (Monday to Friday).
  • If you continue on this program, you will receive a coaching call every 3 months (30 minutes) to discuss your training and ask Rachael any questions.


LEVEL 2 - £150 FOR 3 MONTHS

  • A Training Plan specific to YOUR objectives.
  • A Training Log for you to complete each week.

This provides an opportunity to get to know other runners being coached by Rachael. Rachael will also provide some coaching during these sessions. These sessions will last approximately one hour.

  • A quarterly (every 3 months) coaching camp where Rachael will provide Run Technique Coaching to the group. These camps will last for 2 hours.


LEVEL 3 - £199 FOR 3 MONTHS

  • An initial consultation where Rachael will gather background information and chat to you about what you're hoping to achieve. This normally lasts approximately 30 minutes. It's important that Rachael takes the time to get to know you.
  • A Training Plan specific to YOUR objectives.
  • A Training Log for you to complete each week.
  • A Review of your Training Log every Tuesday including feedback.

  • Access to Rachael for a catch up coaching call (15-30 minutes) at any point during the 3 months.
  • Run Technique Analysis every 3 months - Online or in person.
