The aim of the Running Hub is to help you run FASTER, FURTHER and with LESS INJURIES!
My belief is that if you learn to move more efficiently, you will run more efficiently and therefore improve your running performance and recovery.
I also work with people who need help with movement such as children who are struggling with body control and have perhaps lost confidence in physical activities and sport. I also work with older adults to help maintain and develop overall strength and quality of movement patterns as well as those who struggle with walking and general movement as a result of strokes, MS, illness, injury or surgery.
