RUN TECHNIQUE COACHING

Run Technique Coaching is offered in blocks of 6, 10 or 15 sessions to ensure that you are successful in changing your technique and reaching your goal. The first session will consist of a Biomechanical Run Analysis and a Functional Movement Analysis. The next five training sessions are dedicated to learning the correct technique. We also give you homework to do in between sessions, technique training programs to follow and exercises specific to you.


ADULTS - ONE TO ONE (INDIVIDUAL COACHING): * Suitable for all abilities from 16+ years of age.

6 sessions - £250 (60 minute sessions) or 2x payments of £140

10 sessions - £400 (60 minute sessions) or 2x payments of £220

15 sessions - £600 (60 minute sessions) or 2x payments of £325


ADULTS (SHARED COACHING): * Suitable for all abilities from 16+ years of age.

6 sessions - £150 each (60 minute sessions) or 2x payments of £85

10 sessions - £250 each (60 minute sessions) or 2x payments of £135

15 sessions - £375 each (60 minute sessions) or 2x payments of £200


* The sessions can be paid for in Full at the beginning of the sessions or in two halves (first half at the start and second half before the 4th session).






JUNIORS - ONE TO ONE (INDIVIDUAL COACHING): * Suitable for children of all abilities from 6-15 years of age.

Run Technique Coaching for juniors is offered in blocks of 6, 10 or 15 sessions, to ensure that your child is successful in improving their running technique. The first session will consist of a Biomechanical Analysis where we will analyse your child’s running technique using video analysis and analyse their movement using our Dynamic Movement Skills® childrens’ analysis. This will allow us to identify any inefficiencies that could cause injury or prevent your child from running and moving faster. The remaining sessions are dedicated to learning the correct technique by using our accelerated learning methods.  


6 sessions - £200 (45 minute sessions) or 2x payments of £110

10 sessions - £300 (45 minute sessions) or 2x payments of £170

15 sessions - £450  (45 minute sessions) or 2x payments of 250


JUNIOR (SHARED COACHING): * Suitable for all abilities from 6-15 years of age.

6 sessions - £125 each (60 minute sessions) or 2x payments of £70

10 sessions - £200 each (60 minute sessions) or 2x payments of £110


* The sessions can be paid for in Full at the beginning of the sessions or in two halves (first half at the start and second half before the 4th session).





SINGLE COACHING SESSION:

These sessions can be used after completing a course of Running Technique Sessions. They are designed to be used whenever you feel you need a one off session to ensure that you are progressing with your running technique and in case there is anything in particular that you need us to check.

Adults - £40 (60 minutes)

Juniors - £30 (45 minutes)

TWO HOUR SESSION:

This is for those who live further away and would struggle to get to the Hub for regular coaching sessions. During the 2 hours you will receive:

* A Biomechanical Run Analysis - to identify areas of your run technique that we can improve to make you a more efficient runner.  

* 3 key areas to work on to make you a more efficient runner.

* Coaching to begin correcting these three areas.


FULL COST - £99

HALF DAY FAST TRACK COACHING:

The Half Day Fast Track Coaching is for those who want an accelerated version of the 6 weeks coaching program. It includes the following:

*A Biomechanical Run Analysis - to identify areas of your run technique that we can improve to make you a more efficient runner.  

* A Functional Movement Analysis - to identify areas of weakness and imbalance that could be impacting upon your performance.

* Coaching to work on ALL aspects of your run technique.

* Key exercises to help improve any areas of weakness or imbalance that were spotted during the Functional Movement Analysis.


FULL COST - £250 (£350 for 2 people)

You can choose from the following times:

* 9am -1pm (4 hours) 

* 1pm - 5pm (4 hours)






FULL DAY IMMERSIVE COACHING:

A full day of immersive coaching will run from 9-5pm (including break for lunch). This is the PREMIUM package for those who want an accelerated learning experience. This will include the following:

*A Biomechanical Run Analysis - to identify areas of your run technique that we can improve to make you a more efficient runner. We will analyse you on the treadmill and outside to compare.

* A Functional Movement Analysis - to identify areas of weakness and imbalance that could be impacting upon your performance.

* Coaching to work on ALL aspects of your run technique.

* Key exercises to help improve any areas of weakness or imbalance that were spotted during the Functional Movement Analysis.

* An overview and breakdown of your Training Plan to identify areas of your training that could be improved to enhance your performance.

* A follow up Biomechanical Run Analysis & Functional Movement Analysis 3 months later to check on improvements. This can be done at the Hub or as an Online Analysis. 


FULL COST - £400 (£600 for 2 people)
